Years ago, we were on tour through Tennessee looking for big and original Bloody Marys for my book which led us to the Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant Party Fowl and an opportunity to interview the owner, Austin Smith.
Now, six years later Austin's Party Fowl has branched out into multiple locations, he's been on TV with Shaquille O'Neal and interviewed by Guy Fieri, but he still managed to
find the time to catch up with us for another interview.
We talk about hot chicken, family, and surviving the pandemic while owning a fried chicken empire. It's a good talk.
